Becoming a pelvic floor PT has been a transformative part of my healing process, and now, I’m honored to help others find their own path to healing.
MEET DR. SEHER
Hey there! I’m Seher, your go-to pelvic floor physical therapist. I graduated from the University of Central Florida with my bachelor’s in 2018 and my doctorate in 2021, and I’m certified in pelvic floor therapy, dry needling, and yoga.
Early in my career, I realized that pelvic floor health is significantly underserved in our healthcare system. This vital area is often overlooked by providers, and many people aren’t aware that treatment is available. Because pelvic floor topics are often surrounded by shame or embarrassment, people are hesitant to discuss it or to seek help. I believe it takes a special kind of provider to make people feel safe and comfortable addressing these concerns, and I’m passionate about being that provider.
I run and operate Embodied Healing PT, a small, private practice dedicated to holistic health. When I’m not working, you’ll find me doing yoga, hiking, lifting weights, or snuggling with my cats and a cup of tea.
Can’t wait to connect!
