Let’s treat your hip and low back!

Don’t just wait for your pain to disappear on its own or try to figure it out alone. Let’s work together to create a plan that addresses the root cause and leads to lasting, long-term change.

  • LOW BACK PAIN

  • HIP PAIN

  • PELVIC PAIN

  • TMJ/ JAW PAIN

Did you know?

Studies have shown that there is a strong correlation between low back pain and stress urinary incontinence. Other studies have shown that people with hip pain are likely to have some symptom of pelvic floor dysfunction. And lastly— the JAW and the pelvic floor region are inherently connected since embryological development. When you clench your jaw, you also clench your pelvic floor.

This is why I love treating low back pain, hip pain and TMJ- I look at it through the lens the pelvic floor which can sometimes help address the root cause of the issue when other treatments have failed!

“I didn’t know “pain free” was possible for me. Recurrent hip injuries and surgeries have plagued me since my youth and there was a “better” but never a place where I got to experience my life the way I wanted to. I started working with Seher to address pelvic health in relation to my hip issues. It changed EVERYTHING! I was able to complete my first marathon and bounce back quickly, I have mobility like never before. I genuinely loved going to see her and felt so safe and supported in every session, and the results speak for themselves. I got my body back!”

“Where do I even start, Seher is just all around incredible. I started seeing her a couple months ago for some hip pain & leakage with heavy lifting. As a competitive Olympic Weightlifter & CrossFit athlete, you hear of a lot of female athletes with leakage with high intensity movements and heavy lifting, and I would recommend Seher to all of them! I am back to lifting at 90%-100% my Max’s without pain and without leakage. I never thought it would happen.

She is extremely knowledgeable & her bedside manner is top notch. I look forward to each appointment as much as I look forward to hanging out with a close friend. She makes a sometimes uncomfortable and extremely sensitive area and issue feel not as scary and uncomfortable. I’ve always felt respected and comfortable at every visit.”
